Original dj is brightly illustrated and displays well in new mylar. Risk in the afternoon is a paean to the sport of foxhunting (or, more properly, foxchasing) written by a senior Delaware corporate trial lawyer who only came to foxhunting after law school as a result of a series of knee injuries that precluded most other sports. The accounts of foxhunts through the years also show how the author slowly came to realize that foxchasing is far, far more than simply "run and jump". It is always a subtle game of "hide and seek" endlessly replayed by the red fox with the Huntsman and his hounds. The accounts also show that in America the fox is rarely killed and then usually only as a a result of some mischance or accident.
