unbound. 2 pages (front and back), 7.75 x 5 inches, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 29, 1900. In this letter, Young is trying to locate a shipment of books that were to be sent from New York City to Salt Lake City, in part: "You should have two parcels of books for me.Will you kindly send them to Bangs & Co. 91 Fifth Avenue and mark them 'To be Included with R.B. Sheppard's books for shipment to Salt Lake City'.I shall be glad to remit." Two smudges near the bottom of the first page, but still in very good condition. The only son of Brigham and Eliza Young. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School so that he could assist his father in combating the vast amount of lawsuits that threatened the family fortune.
