Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Limited ed. Hardcover. One of four lettered copies only signed by the editor and four contributors, this copy lettered "PC" in blue ink. A tight, fine example, no jacket as issued, buff colored paper covered boards lettered in silver. Very small stain to the fore edge of the text block. Laid in is a special illustrated card titled "Misprint Number One" featuring Keny Ray Linkous' black and white sketch of the vampire; distibution of this card limited to customers who purchased the trade papertback edition directly from GB Ink. The editions of this book are a bit complex: in addition to the regular trade editions, there was a limited edition of 100 copies signed by the editor and numbered in BLACK ink; a deluxe edition of 100 copies signed by the editor and selected contributors and numbered in BLUE ink; and a lettered state of four copies signed by the editor and selected contributors lettered in RED ink. This copy is lettered but in blue ink, indicating it is either one of the four copies supposedly lettered in red or an out of sequence copy of the blue-numbered set. In any case , one of the rarest Stephen King items.
