The book was designed and printed letterpress by Clifford Burke at Cranium Press, and set by Holbrook Teter. Slightly dusty at the head edge, the boards rubbed at the tail, and the initial leaves a little handled at the fore edge, but Very Good indeed in Very Good jacket, with a few spots to extremities, the spine mildly toned, and the head edge with slight rubbing/creasing, though generally crisp.
