Signed by the author ("With Best Wishes") on the front free endpaper. Hardcover book is in Fine condition; full bound boards with black cloth and silver lettering to front adn spine. Binding is solid and square. Dustjacket has some wrinking and a small chip to top of spine; tiny closed tear to bottom front spine; and front and rear top corners are bumped with some loss to top front. The autobiography of Ken Gordon, Trinidad and Tobago citizen: "Media-manager and owner, businessman, Cabinet minister, and inveterate fighter for press freedom." Gordon is noted for establishing the newspaper Express as a vehicle for independent thought in Trinidad and Tobago. This experience led to setting up similar newspapers in Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica, and to lead the struggle for journalistic freedom throughout the Caribbean. Signed.
