Manuscript / Paper Collectible
Handbill. Single 8.5x11 inch sheet, photocopied on both sides, two small closed edge tears. Superficially anarcho-syndicalist leaflet, but with so many bizarre references and asides that it is difficult to determine whether it was intended to be tongue-in-cheek. Apparently produced for a specific event held at the La Peña Cultural Center in Berkeley on St. Patrick's Day. David Bacon went on to become a noted photographer of farmworkers.
