Book First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. 1st Edition. First Edition (first printing). 8vo. 219pp. Maroon boards lettered in white at the spine. Corner tips and spine ends rubbed, and the binding pulled. Place-marker creases to the tips of two leaves, and some soiling to two adjacent text leaves. A fair copy, albeit really quite crisp internally, in poor non-price-clipped dust wrapper, which is soiled, rubbed, chipped, nicked, torn and heavily creased. The author's first book. Uncommon, although this is certainly not the prettiest copy.
