The dust jacket is price-clipped. It is clean but has a little wear to top and bottom edges including a few small tears, the longest of which is about 1/2". Very little wear otherwise. Book and dust jacket will be bubble-wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.

Tanham was a former Special Assistant for Counterinsurgency at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. Deitchman was an aeronautical and mechanical engineer and a consultant on military affairs. He worked for the Institute for Defense Analysis for 28 years and consulted for various U.S. Government and NATO advisory panels. He was the author of six books. and numerous published papers on national security matters.
