Corners bumped and creased, two 1 inch tears and three approximately 1/2 inch chips or nibbles along fold of covers, age yellowed, a few approximately 1/4 inch nicks on four adjoining leaves, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked and apparently never read. Interesting relic from the days when gas stoves were coming into more common use, with recipes using accurate measurements, temperatures and cooing times, for five to six course meals prepared in the oven or broiler. Cookbook; cook book.
