BF6 - A tight, clean, sound copy with very minor overall shelf wear primarily in the form of large patches of glue staining on the front and back fixed endpapers from where the dust jacket was glued to the boads plus there is a smaller patch of glue staining on the back free endpaper from a library pocket plus there is a patch of surface damage (0.25"x3.25") on the front free endpaper from the removal of a library label during the library's withdrawal process. The dust jacket shows minor overall shelf wear primarily in the form of some very, very light fading on the spine plus there is a small (less than 0.25") closed tear on the inside edge of the back endflap plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. A collection of poetry by an American poet. They portray scenes of American life from the young manhood of Lincoln to post-War America. The author is a winner of Honorable Menion for the Joseph Henry Jackson award and the di Castagnola Award from the Poetry Society of America. By the author of "The Donner Party." 114p.
