As you would expect from a magazine of this age, it is showing use. With some rubbing of the back strip. The staples have started to rust. The book is slightly bumpy  due to improper storage. Marks to the lower edge of the rear panel and most of the panel shows a grubby marks  please see photograph. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
