Very clean interior with a tight binding. A History of Horace Albright, one of the fathers of the National Park Service. He started his work with the parks three years before the National Park Service was officially created by congress and he stayed for 15 years to make sure it flourished. He helped greatly in running the service while Steve Mathers, the first superintendent, was ill and indisposed making him the de facto head of the parks for a couple years. This book is a great telling by the man himself on how the parks came to be what they are today.
