Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. First Edition. This is limited edition number 232 of 2000 made. It appears to have been signed by both authors on the limitation page. While it is possible to have been printed, there is slight indentation on the verso. The dust jacket is in poor state due to most of the spine being missing, however the front and rear covers remain whole and legible. The boards are a little rubbed and edge worn but strong and sturdy. Internally, there is a gift inscription under the front board but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are neat, crisp and complete.
