17pp, (5x7 inches), map. Laid in is a little four page folded sheet titled "Oxford: What to See and How to See It" by R.W.Lee, also undated. Poor condition in stapled wrappers (soft cover). The booklet and pamphlet are browned, chipped around the edges. The lower third of the pamphlet has a water stain, about a third of the way from the lower edge. Still quite readable, and the map is not affected by the edge chipping. But just a reading copy.
