Rare first book written by Dr Jack Kevorkian (aka "Dr Death") while incarcerated at Thumb Correctional Facility (Michigan) where he served time for notorious assistance of terminal patient's to commit suicide. He served from 1999-2007 and died June 2011. Tipped in: Letter co-signed (in replica) by Kevorkian and his attorney. This was the first of 3 books used to raise/cover legal costs which efforts eventually secured his Parole 2007 - on promise that he would not assist any more terminal suicides. Kevorkian raised America's awareness of a person's right to control their own death under extreme circumstances. RARE. [B202].
