The phenomenal artist Casey Williams, who made so many beautiful and evocative photo-based works during his too short lived, but influential artistic career in Houston, turned his attention to making self published (through Blurb) artist books that grouped a number of his images by themes. Known for beautifully blurring the boundary between representation and abstraction, the images in this book are immediately recognizable, but immensely satisfying on an abstract formal and color level. Bound in illustrated paper covered boards and issued without a dustjacket.
