Hardcover. Condition: Very Good-. Two volumes in one book, the first volume in English (207 pages) and the second (127 Pages) in French. This piece of interesting fiction comes in purple boards with gold printing on the front cover and spine and a gold guilted closed book top page edge. The exterior of this book has worn areas on all four corners, at the top and bottom of its spine, and along its bottom edge. The interior book has the remnants of a bookplate inside the front cover, but outside of that and the natural light browning of the pages due to age, there are no further visible extraneous markings or distractions throughout the book and thus all of the book's printing, and the frontispiece picture of William Beckford are all in a well-preserved, readable and enjoyable condition. The book's bindins are in the very early stages of separating from their cover but only inside the front cover as the rest of the book seems tight. If you should order this book from us, it will be carefully wrapped up, then padded and boxed, and shipped right away to you, and will come with our absolute appreciation for your interest and order.
