Signed by author. This is an autobiography of Col Badham who grew up in Casino, Northern N.S.W., Australia. And trained as navigator in Canada under the Empire Training Scheme, and then joining the R.A.F. Coastal Command participating in the development of the Leigh Light and the fight against the German U-boats. In 1943 Badham was decorated with a Distinguished Flying Cross at Buckingham Palace by King George VI.
