Produced by the Wellington Harbour Board to mark its 100 years of operations this album charts the progress of port and shipping over that time. A short introductory text is followed by an extensive collection of photographs, art, drawings, plans and maps from the board's own collection and from the Maritime Museum operated by the board. Selection of the illustrations was by the then museum curator, Jack Churchouse, who wrote a number of important NZ maritime histories. 64 pages, some colour, many b/w photos etc. Blue pictorial card covers VG+ with hint wear front corners. Text block excellent, no inscriptions.
