Illustrated with drawings by Edward Ardizzone created for an edition of Dylan Thomas' "A Child's Christmas In Wales". Included is a specially produced black and white photograph of Ardizzone at work at his desk, with a gold border, matted to 7" x 9" . The Welsh National Centre for Children's Literature, established in 1979 as the United Nations declared the International Year of the Child, purchased the original drawings from Mr. Ardizzone's estate as a complete set; they were the artist's last completed work of illustration.
