By the author of Three Came Home, the story of their lives in a Japanese internment camp during WWII, this story is about Agnes, her husband and their 12 year old son's lives in the Philippines during 1953, Mr. Keith having been assigned to the islands as a forestry expert by the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization. The book contains 370 pages with multiple b/w illustrations by the author. The condition is very good to near fine. The pages are clean and free of all marks, tears and folds. There is a name and address on the ffl. The beautiful blue cloth cover has a peacock woven into or painted on the cloth which extends from front to back. The title is stamped in gold on the spine. The cover is free of soiling but has slight rubbing at the top of spine and the bottom of the front boards. The binding is tight.
