Some fading and a white spot (1/2" across) on the spine.Slight wear on the corners, crown and foot of the spine, and a little along the bottom edge of the front cover. Previous owner's name--stamp on the flyleaf and inside front cover. The pages are all clean and in fine condition except yellowed by age. No marks or writing. Nice and "square." 336 pages. Tight binding. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box. Tracking number provided for no extra cost. Moderate wear around the edges including frayed and bumped corners/spine ends. Yellow paint mark to bottom edge of front board. Rear board curved with faint staining to bottom half of board. Spine is slanted and faded with tear to spine wrap near front hinge. "2.75" written on front endpaper in pen, small stain apparently from a removed sticker on free endpaper, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked though tanned. Several instances of split binding throughout text.

THe DJ states, ".vivid personal narratives of tramp life . with Jim at fifteen.[through] twenty." The pages are tanned and have a light, musty odor. The front endpaper has a clipped corner. The DJ is green, but the spine panel has darkened to brown. Most of the top edge is missing because of chips. The bottom edge is less thus. Each flap fold has a closed tear.
