First edition (2nd printing) hardcover, bound in green cloth, with dark blue lettering on front cover and spine, is in GOOD++ condition, having very slight bumping and wear to corners; some faint staining on first fixed endpaper (that at first glance looks like foxing); normal darkening to closed page edges, with some very slight staining and griming. Illustrated with b&w gravure photographs, and there is a map printed onto the last endpaper section. Dust jacket, enclosed in protective mylar (mylar not pictured), is in GOOD condition as well, having some chipping to top and bottom of spine; tiny tears to the front of jacket at top and bottom where it meets the spine; some light stains and rubbing to surface.
