Book has some faint light brown stains on endpaper as well as a sticker from a previous owner, black mark on the bottom edge of the front cover, otherwise book is in very good condition, pages and covers are very clean and well binded.

INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the subject on the half-title page: "With the Compliments/of the Subject/W. F. Cody/'Buffalo Bill.'" Graff 4616; Howes W-297. A name beneath Cody's inscription has been erased. Front hinge cracked, holding by the cords; cheap paper still very good with a few pages roughly opened. Some rubbing to the spine edges and a heavily rubbed spot about the size of a dime on the rear cover. Very Good and rather scarce when signed.
