Published in 1967 by The Viking Press, Inc. No dust jacket. The cover's boards are stiff and their corners are quite square with only minor bumping. The edges of the cover have light shelf wear. The cover's surfaces have slight discoloring and light wear. The crown of the backstrip has a small tear. The text block has some soiling and water staining along its edges. This staining sometime carries over to the individual pages. The pages are unmarked and free of rips and major creases. The binding has separated from the backstrip, but the text block and binding remain sound with no loose pages. No ISBN. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box.
