Hardcover. Condition: Good+. 1909 first printing. Green cloth covers. Quite a bit of shelf wear to the binding and rubbing to the spine and corners. The corners are rubbed through. There are a a few scuffed spots to the spine and covers. The text has a couple of dozen pages with light underlining or notations in pencil. The binding is tight.

Silvestre Velez de Escalante July 29th, 1776-Jan 2nd, 1777. Numerous photographs of prominent Catholic buildings, including a two page folding plate of Judge Memorial Home. Very good. Extremities mildly rubbed. The covers have several light damp stains. There is a previous owner's blind stamp on the front free endsheet. With a dedication inscription from the Knights of Columbus on the second page. There is a very small loss from the top edge of the frontispiece, and the bottom edge of the accompanying tissue guard is torn. Flake #3869.
