Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. This magnificent book is 12¾" x 10¾" and weighs 7¾ pounds. It is in Very Good condition, with minor hinge and spine restoration. All edges gilt. 3/4 leather binding with marbled boards. Collection includes 118 full-page engravings, all with original tissue guards. Some dampstains, but minor. Among the full-page engravings: "Garrick and His Wife," "The Duchess of Devonshire: 1784," "The Bridge of Toledo," "Cupid and Psyche," "The Virgin Mother," "The Battle of Meeanee," "The Princess Amelia," "Gate of the Metwaleys - Cairo," "The Empty Chair; Abbotsford," "The Pasture; Osborne," "The Bay of Naples: Early Morning," "The Fountain at Madrid," "The Queen's Horses," "Go, and Sin No More," "Constantinople, The Golden Horn," "The Prison - Group," The Princess Victoria Gouramma of Coorg," "Dover - The Landing of Prince Albert," "The Negro - Page," "Drachenfels, From Bonn," "Morning on the Nile," "Gil Blas at Pennaflor," "The Cow - Doctor," and "Henrietta of Orleans."
