Needless to some poor sportsmanship contributed to the shade cast over the boys. Will Coach Rockwell -- and a timely tornado -- be enough to snap them back to the good graces of the baseball gods? A very early printing with a 95 cent original price, 11 titles listed on the back cover with Fence Busters being the latest and 12 titles listed in the front matter with Ten Seconds to Play! (#12) also included. The dust jacket has some creasing at the top edge of the back cover and spine and some foxing on the back cover. The book itself shows minimal sign of previous use.
