Documents Nutting's Expedition to Fiji and New Zealand in 1922. This was Nutting's final expedition; he died in 1927. In addition to the narrative by Nutting, this volume contains chapters on the ornithology and entomology by Dayton Stoner, on botany by R. B. Wylie and on geology by A. O. Thomas. Name stamp of Staten Island Institute on front wrap, no other ownership marks; a clean, very good copy.

This volume is from the library of contributing geologist A. O. Thomas with his signature on the front endpaper dated Feb. 24, 1924. Later from the library of paleontologist A. K. Miller with his signature underneath that of Thomas. The rear endpapers have two attached newspaper articles documenting the release of Nutting's volume. A very bright and clean copy in near fine condition.
