Il tubo in PVC da 100 mm è stato proposto perché è il migliore in termini di prestazioni e ha un vantaggio sugli altri tubi. La vegetazione per il bacino di bio-ritenzione può essere Doob o Bermuda(Cynodon dactylon) in quanto ha la più alta capacità di ritenzione dell'acqua secondo le condizioni del suolo indiano.
