This is the 1926 Hardback edition complete with llustrated slip case, it is bound in faux green leather with the titles in gilt on the spine and front board, the front board also has a bird motif in gilt. The book measures 3½" x 5¾", it has 228 pages + a 12 page publishers catalogue at the rear and is very well illustrated with colour plates. The slip case has a 2" split along the bottom edge, the front and rear boards have a feint vertical crease, otherwise, the binding, slip-case and contents are in very nice clean, sound condition.
