Binding a little shaken in the spine; light foxing to the front edge of the text block. Dust jacketlightly rubbed at edges; two vertical stress creases to the front flap of the jacket which retains the $4.50 issue price despite a shallow corner clip from the top corner. An old secondary price inconspiocuouly markered out on the black stock front flyleaf. Inscribed by Brower in part ".from the lower depths (if only of effort) . Signed and dated 1972. A cult novel held in high regard - uncommon in signed examples. VG/VG; Signed by Author.
