Original price of $23.00 intact on front flap. Signed by Jones directly on the FFEP. Includes original "George Jones Fan Club" Membership badge laid-in. Being a kid from Nashville myself, I can tell you that there was no bigger name in Country Music in the 70's and 80's than that of ole George "No Show" Jones. His hard living, hard drinking ways are legendary to this day. Having met him on at least two occassions, Jones came off as a sad and quiet guy. He was a singer. and I don't think he ever liked the performer aspect of his chosen career. Hint of rubbing to gutters, else a fine copy.
