The First Printing of this edition from 1939 (First, thus), this small hardcover with brightly colored & decorated paper over boards is in VG condition: a bit of edgewear & rubbing to extremities, heavier(with bumping & tiny tears) at corners & both ends of spine. Former owner's name in pencil, erased, inside front cover, else unmarked. Text pages are very white & the colored plates are bright & clean with a whisper of tanning to edges.
