124pp, (8x11 inches), alphabetical list of song titles. Near Very Good, hardcover, no dust jacket. In tan decorated cloth over boards with blue, black and tan illustration of trees and a college building on the front. Covers are lightly worn and soiled, Corners lightly bumped and bottom corners frayed at the tips. Pages are tanning, a few nicks and chips to page edges and corners, some light smudges, & short tears at the lower edge at the spine crease. But generally clean, still well bound, no markings. digital photos on request. Over one hundred songs, words and music.
