In tan decorated cloth over boards with blue, black and tan illustration of trees and a college building on the front. Covers are lightly worn and soiled, Corners lightly bumped and bottom corners frayed at the tips. Pages are tanning, a few nicks and chips to page edges and corners, some light smudges, & short tears at the lower edge at the spine crease.
