Creasing to the book corners and a little chipping to the top spine edge. Rubbing to the book edges and panels and there are stains to the front panel. Song book from Melbourne High School, no date easily found, but approximately 1960s. Lyrics in the majority, but there is the occasional music as well. Book is showing age and wear  please see photograph. Rubbing to the book edges and panels and there is rubbing and marks of the panels. The lower half of the back strip has been eroded and the underlying pages are visible. Browning and handling marks along with some foxing to the text block edges and the hint kernel pages have an occasional notation. On the rear endpaper there are some pencil notes.
