A travers l'étude micro, les déterminants de la mortalité néonatale sont l'âge de la mère à la naissance, le nombre de visites de soins prénatales par un agent de santé (médecin, sage-femme ou infirmière.) et le poids à la naissance. Notre étude présente des limites car nous n'avons pas eu des données suffisantes sur les maladies liées à la grossesse pour pousser notre réflexion dans le cas du Pakistan. Toutefois des données sur les maladies liées à la grossesse au Nigéria nous permettraient de faire une analyse comparée et d'apporter davantage d'informations sur les déterminants micro de la mortalité. 56 pp. Französisch.
