Pritchett. Hardcover in jacket, as pictured - jacket art by Andrew [Andy] Warhol. First American edition, bound from British sheets. Hardcover. Condition: very good. Dust Jacket Condition: very good. Andy Warhol (illustrator). Three More Novels is a series of animated tableaux filled with beautiful, eccentric women pursuing pleasure in the most wicked, perverse, irresponsible ways, written by an extraordinary Englishman who dared to be as original in his books as he was in his life. It is then beautifully appropriate to have Warhol's cupid drawing grace the cover of this book. The drawing on the cover probably dates from the 1950s, when Warhol worked as an accomplished advertising illustrator and commercial artist. Dust jacket has a few chips and light stains. Jacket design by Andrew Warhol printed on the bottom of front flap. Contents are clean, Warhol drawing in very good condition protected in plastic transparency. book.
