This watercolor drawing which is captioned "Rabbits live in trees!" measures 7-1/2" x 8-13/16" on an 11-3/8" x 10-1/2" sheet of drawing paper. The drawing features the aforementioned rabbits happily going about their business high up in a tree! This drawing was published on page 28 of the August 1933 issue of The Parents' Magazine illustrating a section named "Information Tests To Try On Your Children;" Sarg was a regular contributor to The Parents' Magazine throughout the 1930's and early 1940's; drawing is signed by Sarg at lower left; various printer's notations and finger marks to the margins. The condition of the drawing is NEAR FINE. Included with the drawing is a copy of the August 1933 issue of The Parents' Magazine where the drawing was originally published. Signed by Illustrator(s).
