Included loosely is a xerox copy of the four page section of "Notes and Corrections to the Glossary", which was issued separately. Previous owner's label partly removed from front endpaper, with abrasions. Another previous owner's signature on front free endpapers. Some pencil marginalia, consisting of check marks and ticks on margins of a few pages. One leaf opened roughly with 3/8" x 1" chip to upper blank margin.; This copy inscribed by the editor "With New Year Greetings, / from the Editor. / [?] 1910". 171 pages + folding frontispiece map + 7 plates.
