The book includes five short stories: Dwpch mlodych ludzi (Two young men), as well as four other stories that were all published in this collection for the first time: Polowanie (The Hunt), Wypadek, (The Accident) and Opowiadanie Pirxa (Pirx's Tale) from the series, Tales of Pirx the Pilot and Altruizyna (Altruizine) from the series The Cyberiad.
