    Condition: Good. Hardcover, 4to. Arlina Mc Mahon who acted under the name Arlina Mac Mahon and Eileen Douglas, was a stage actress in the 1920s. She lived in Boston and Pittsford, Massachusetts. The scrapbook has 30 pages with glued down newspaper articles, a few programs and a few original photographs--all on her performances. Laid in: Five manuscript letters (4 which were written by Arlina to her mother .) These letters have interesting details about life of young actress "I must tell you about the "Debutantes". Miss Ryan the publicity agent took us up to the Mechanic's Building in our costumes and we were photographed with the 'dear little things'. They gushed all over us and wanted to know how exciting it was to be 'on the stage.' Then we had to walk around the charity bazaar escorted by the debs. I was bored stiff." Also includes 7 newpapers clippings, 42 photographs almost all of Arlina (from tiny to 6x8"), 1 program. Near Good, dusty, several album pages detached, some very rusted paperclips, some chipping and wear. Album cover soiled.
