Pages unmarked and clean. Inscribed by Arthur on the front end paper. The inscription is of note as it refers to the February 1975 book launch in Toronto's famous Spadina House. The jacket has wear to spine ends and extremities plus a long closed tear to the bottom of the back cover and a shorter one at the top. Two small areas of loss to front cover. Crease to front flap. Tape residue to top left corner of front cover. Book also includes a letter from Arthur to Austin Seton author of the book Spadina: A Story of Old Toronto dated June 1978. Also includes a card bearing Christmas greetings obviously to the Austin family, owenrs of Spadina. A unique association copy. Inscribed by Author(s).
