Paperback. Condition: Good. Small 8vo, paperback. Lecture given by Valentini at Republican Hall on the Mexican (Aztec) Calendar Stone, also known as the Sun Stone, discovered in Mexico City in 1790. Good condition: binding is a bit fragile, rear cover partly detached. Front cover shows an Antiquarian Society blindstamp along with faintly handwritten Society name and "gift of" information. Contents mildly & uniformly toned as expected, otherwise clean, no markings or foxing. 32 p., one folding plate of the calendar stone laid in. Text in German.
