Lot of the first three issues of Delos, published through the National Translation Center. Issue 3 missing DJ, if ever issued. Issue 2 with a very faint University library stamp from Barnard College, with no other markings besides. Both DJs with mild edgewear and occasional shallow chips. Some dust-toning to bottom of page blocks. Pages clean and bright, with faint aroma of smoke. DJ's tanned very mildly to spines. Small bump to lower edges of Issue 3. Works and translations by Martin Heidegger, Sakutaro Hagiwara, Cid Corman, Charles Tomlinson, Italo Calvino, Robert Graves, Robert Walser, Aristophanes, W.H. Auden, Bertolt Brecht, Boris Pasternak, Stephen Berg, Christopher Middleton, Paul Valery, Roger Shattuck, Robert Lowell, Goethe, Heinrich Boll, Hafiz, Anvari, Saadi, Alfred Jarry, Ingeborg Bachmann, Octavio Paz, Walter Benjamin, John Dryden, and many others.
