Good in illustrated wrappers. The cover design is by Frances Brundage showing a lovable "Mother Goose" (an actual smiling goose in a white bonnet with blue ribbon, surrounded by six adoring and adorable children dressed in 1920s garb. All twelve pages of poems (17) and color illustrations (12) are present but detached. There is some wear and small tears to the edges and the cover has some soiling but the illustrations are quite clean--no foxing or tears--and quite framable. The color is still bright and the illustrations of such classic rhymes as Little Bo Peep, Mary Had a Little Lamb, and There Was An Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe" are wonderfully cheerful and nostalgic, making this a fine children's book keepsake from the early twentieth century. Quite rare. Seller Inventory # 017024
