An embossed stamped inscription of the "Men's Railway Building New York" to the title pages with an ink stamp stating the volumes are "withdrawn". Volume 1 has the outline of a former sticker on the FFEP. The frontispiece is a foldout illustration. Frontispiece to Volume 2. Both books contain numerous illustrations. Adverts.
