Unusually focused map depicting the country at a scale and level of detail not often seen around this time. Fine elephant folio sheet map, among the larger commercially produced maps of the early 19th century. Engraved with original outline hand color. Light uniform paper age toning, typical small scattered spotting, otherwise clean, nice looking example. Sheet measures c. 22 1/4" x 32 1/4". Printed area measures c. 19 7/8" x 29 7/8".
