Origunal hand-drawn image on 8" x 11" bonded paper sheet-- SIGNED by Paul Szep. Paul Michael Szep is a political cartoonist. He was the chief editorial cartoonist at the Boston Globe and has been syndicated to hundreds of newspapers worldwide. He won the Pulitzer Prize twice for Editorial Cartooning in 1974 and 1977.
