@SICKRICK

Rick Mackey—known to the world as Sick Rick—is an internet legend.

He’s jumped from skyscrapers, surfed moving cars, and built an empire out of chaos, charisma, and the cult of online fame. To his millions of followers, he’s untouchable. To his family, he’s barely there.

But when one stunt too many sends him spiraling—physically and emotionally—Rick’s world begins to crack. The sponsors vanish, the numbers drop, and the people he loves most finally stop watching. Desperate to prove he’s more than a hashtag, Rick finds himself drawn into a secret world of tech overlords, digital addiction, and his own unraveling sense of identity.

From Emmy-winning comedian and New York Times best-selling author Damon Wayans, @SICKRICK is a darkly hilarious, unexpectedly heartfelt satire about our obsession with screens, stunts, and self-worth. It’s a wild ride through influencer culture, family redemption, and the absurd lengths people will go to just to feel seen.

Fans of Don DeLillo, Chuck Palahniuk, and Dave Eggers will devour this blistering modern comedy about fame, family, and the high cost of going viral.
